When my husband and I started a Prayer Ministry at church I started compiling scriptures for prayer and different circumstances. It is imperative to build our faith on whatever we’re believing for especially for healing. Scriptures show the Lord responds to our faith. Let’s take a look.
Prayer
~ He said to them, “It is written, My house shall be a house of prayer.” (Matthew 21:13)
~ Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.” (Matthew 21:22)
~ Rejoice in hope, be patient in suffering, persevere in prayer. (Romans 12:12)
~ First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for everyone. (I Timothy 2:1)
~ The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up; and anyone who has committed sins will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective. (James 5:5-6)
How so?
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” I Peter 3:12
Jesus responds to faith
~ And just then some people were carrying a paralyzed man lying on a bed. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, “Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven.”
(Matthew 9:2)
~ And to the centurion Jesus said, “Go; let it be done for you according to your faith.” And the servant was healed in that hour. (Matthew 8:13)
~ Then Jesus answered her, “Woman, great is your faith! Let it be done for you as you wish.” And her daughter was healed instantly. (Matthew 15:28
~ He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace, and be healed of your disease.” (Mark 5:34)
~ Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.” (Matthew 21:22)
So what is faith?
~ Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. Indeed, by faith our ancestors received approval. By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was made from things that are not visible. (Hebrews 11:1-3)
And, how do you build your faith?
~ So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the word of Christ. (Romans 10:17)
Healing scriptures ...
One of things I have done is record myself reading scriptures or Healing Praises I’ve written or from other authors. Then, often, when I walk I listen to them.

~ He said, “If you will listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God, and do what is right in his sight, and give heed to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will not bring upon you any of the diseases that I brought upon the Egyptians; for I am the Lord who heals you.” (Exodus 15:26)
~ You shall worship the Lord your God, and I will bless your bread and your water; and I will take sickness away from among you. (Exodus 23:25)
~ I call heaven and earth to witness against you today that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Choose life so that you and your descendants may live. (Deuteronomy 30:19)
~ The Lord sustains them on their sickbed; in their illness you heal all their infirmities. (Psalms 41:3)
~ With long life I will satisfy them, and show them my salvation. (Psalms 91:16)
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and do not forget all his benefits— who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the Pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies you with good as long as you live so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. (Psalms 103:1-5)

~ Indeed, we live as human beings but we do not wage war according to human standards for the weapons of our warfare are not merely human, but they have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every proud obstacle raised up against the knowledge of God, and we take every thought captive to obey Christ.
(2 Corinthians 10:3-5)
~ Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”— in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. (Galatians 3:13 -14)
~ Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his power. Put on the whole armor of God, so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our struggle is not against enemies of blood and flesh, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, so that you may be able to withstand on that evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. Stand therefore, and fasten the belt of truth around your waist, and put on the breastplate of righteousness. As shoes for your feet put on whatever will make you ready to proclaim the gospel of peace. With all of these take the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. (Ephesians 6:10-17)
